[Reel Pizza] schedule May 23 - June 12
Hi everyone
Here is the schedule which runs from May 23 - June 12, for your planning purposes.
A few notes from us to you: Once (if?) the weather warms up we will transition from a heated to an air-conditioned establishment. I am ready!!
We are excited to welcome back our friends at ImprovAcadia for another season of ImproVision, our occasional collaboration between their comic talents and Chris's B Movie collection. In a randomly selected genre determined by a spin of the wheel, this ever-changing group of up-and-coming talents improvise - on the fly - the dialogue, sounds, songs and music to a cheesy movie, played without sound, that they have never seen before. It is a new show every time and always a lot of fun. The first one is Friday June 6 at 11pm.
We have some special new pizzas to try. They will be available on a rotating basis over the summer.

Intrigued, he started to investigate this unknown artist, whose work is now compared to Diane Arbus, Weegee, and Dorothea Lange. He learned she was a reclusive nanny to wealthy Chicagoans, including Phil Donahue, and rarely even printed her work. Maloof and Charlie Siskel have made a striking documentary on discovering this mysterious woman’s strange and riveting life and art. Trailer

She desperately hopes that her new recipe will finally arouse some kind of reaction from her neglectful husband. She prepares a special lunchbox to be delivered to him at work, but, unbeknownst to her, it is mistakenly delivered to another office worker, Saajan, a lonely man on the verge of retirement. Curious about the lack of reaction from her husband, Ila puts a little note in the following day’s lunchbox, in the hopes of getting to the bottom of the mystery. This begins a series of lunchbox notes between them, and the mere comfort of communicating with a stranger anonymously soon evolves into an unexpected friendship. Still strangers physically, Ila and Saajan become lost in a virtual relationship that could jeopardize both their realities. Trailer
